- You have not downloaded more than 20% of the total downloadable content (e.g., PDF guides, audio files)
- You have not accessed cloud-based features (e.g., AI Sleep Tracker) for more than 7 days total
- You can provide a brief reason for your request (to help us improve)
❌ Refunds Are Not Available If:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
- You have downloaded or accessed the majority of the product content
- You have shared your account credentials or product access with others
- The request is for a product purchased as part of a bundle where other items have been used
- The purchase was made using a promotional code marked "non-refundable"
🎧 Special Policy for Audio Meditations
Due to the nature of audio content, refunds for individual meditation tracks or audio bundles are evaluated case-by-case. Generally:
- ✅ Refunds are considered if you request within 14 days AND have not streamed/downloaded more than 2 tracks
- ❌ Refunds are typically not granted if you have accessed the majority of the audio library

Note: Refunds for purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad) must be requested through that platform's refund system.

- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for bundles or multi-item purchases. If eligible, the full purchase amount is refunded.
